Purchase policy
Oura sells digital pattern files. Because they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. If something goes wrong, we are here to help — just write to us.
Every pattern on Oura is a digital download — a production-ready file, not a physical object. The moment your payment is confirmed, the file is available to download and the licence is granted. That instant delivery is what makes a return impossible in the same way it would be for a physical product.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once a pattern has been purchased and delivered. This protects the integrity of the work and ensures that a downloaded file cannot be returned or duplicated after a refund has been issued.
If the file is corrupted, the wrong item was delivered, or you are unsure which licence you need, write to us. We read every email and will do what is fair — re-send the correct file, clarify the licence, or help you choose the right pattern next time.
Each product page shows the file format, repeat size, colour mode and licensing terms. If you have a question about whether a pattern suits your end use, ask us before you purchase. We would rather spend five minutes helping you choose correctly than have you regret a download.
If you accidentally buy a standard licence when you meant to buy an exclusive licence — or the other way around — contact us within 24 hours. We cannot promise a refund, but where the file has not been used or distributed, we will work with you to find the right solution.
