The rules that govern how you use oura.in, buy our patterns and license our work. Last updated July 2026.
These Terms of Service govern your use of oura.in and every purchase you make through it. Oura is a contemporary surface pattern design house owned and operated by Ayushi Shah. By browsing, creating an account or buying a pattern, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We sell digital pattern files — seamless repeats, artwork and related design assets — under standard or exclusive commercial licences. Each product page lists the file format, resolution, repeat dimensions, colour mode and the licence options available. The actual pattern file is delivered digitally after payment is confirmed.
When you buy a pattern, you are buying a licence to use the artwork, not ownership of the copyright. The specific permitted uses, production limits and exclusivity terms depend on the licence you select at checkout. Standard licences allow defined commercial use across multiple buyers. Exclusive licences remove the pattern from sale for the single buyer. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing or claiming authorship of the original artwork is never allowed under any licence.
Files are delivered digitally, usually immediately after payment. Download links are available in your account under the Downloads section. We recommend downloading and backing up your files promptly. We are not responsible for lost files if you fail to download them before a link expires, though we will do our best to re-send files on reasonable request.
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once a file has been purchased. If you experience a genuine delivery error or receive a corrupted file, contact us at connect@ourabyayushi.in and we will resolve it fairly.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed through Razorpay, Shopify or another secure payment provider. You agree to provide accurate billing information and confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.
You may create an account to access your downloads, order history and favourites. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Oura is not liable for unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your password or device.
All artwork, site content, branding, photography and copy on oura.in is owned by Oura or licensed to us. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce or modify any part of the site or the pattern files except as expressly permitted by your purchased licence.
We use trusted third-party services for hosting, payments, analytics and email. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. Oura is not responsible for outages or issues caused by those services beyond what we can reasonably control.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
